Do it Afraid
One thing I know about fear is that it has no respect of person's. We all deal with fear on some level in many areas of our lives. Whenever starting a new project like what we have here at WA we must constantly deal with the fear of failure.
According to google fear is defined as an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain or threat. The operative word here is belief. Fear stems from one's belief. In other words what do you believe about yourself? Fear is merely a state of mind but if we don't learn how to control it, it will control us.
In Napoleon Hill's book Think & Grow Rich he talks about how we allow fear many times to dictate how we live our lives. This is what he has to say about fear
"Fear paralyzes the faculty of reason, destroys the faculty of imagination, kills off self- reliance, undermines enthusiasm, discourages initiative, leads to uncertainty of purpose, encourages procrastination, wipes out enthusiasm and makes self-control an impossibility".
Wow when you look at it like that you begin to realize just how destructive fear can be. It can drain the very life out of a person. Whether dealing with fear in our personal lives or in our business it is important to move forward despite it. The best way to deal with fear is head on. It's not going anywhere and it won't back down but it only has as much power over us as we allow. So my suggestion is whatever type of fear you may be dealing with in your life, don't give into it. Whatever it is that you desire to be or to do, go ahead and,

We've all faced fear, of varying degrees, countless times in our lives and have accomplished many things despite it. I think it's important to remember all the times that we've conquered fear in the past. We can do it again!! Thanks for sharing.
