Tried to register a .CA domain here, and it says its an "Unsupported TLD". If I were to buy that domain at godaddy, would I run into a problem migrating it to WA's hosting plat

The hosting and the domain name registration are two different things. WA can host a website with any extension but they only sell top level domain names. So the short answer to your question is if you need a Canada domain name (dot ca) instead of a dot com then you'll need to buy the domain name elsewhere and then point the nameservers to WA so you can have it hosted here.

Thanks so much for clearing that up for me :) Cheers!

Another user just asked a similar question, except she says that even when she tries to point the .ca nameservers here, she gets an unsupported error message. Interesting. - Joy
