I couldn't comment from an android, but here is what I wanted to write.
I quit smoking as it wasn't making me feel healthy...
I didn't like feeling unfit, and having that smell come up through my lungs every morning.
Cold Turkey is very hard to do...you will get severe withdrawals around day 4, bad headaches, anger and irritability.
To stop this, simply but nicotine gum...and chew on it a few times a day until the cravings go away.
Its really that simple, a word of warning...you can only really quit if you truly want to quit..
If you truly want to then its easy...and will be the best decision you have ever made.!!

Hi, I like your site. It has a lot of good information in it. I'm still a smoker myself, it's the one bad habit I need to stop doing. I have tried to quit several times, but the longest I quit was for about 1 month. I do exercise and try to eat healthy. I think most of it is about how we think, we use ciggaretts to relieve stress. If we think about more positive habits to replace smoking, we're going to have more success.
