Help Needed
I need help.
I was trying to insert a contact form (I installed contact form 7 plugin) into a webpage. I inserted the shortcode in the text. But the contact form did not appear. Instead it is just the shortcode. The same thing happened when I tried to insert a table using the given shortcode. A table didnt appear, just the shortcode.
What could be the problem?

Thanks for replying. Yes, I entered it into the "Text" tab. When I switched to the "Visual" tab, the contact form didnt appear. All I see is the shortcode...
For the tables you'll want to install the Ultimate TinyMCE plugin. This will allow you to insert a table. With the contact form, have you tried putting it in a widget maybe in the footer section?

I installed contact form 7 and created a page on my menu for it. Cut and pasted the code in the body of the page.
