Let’s face it–life can be pretty brutal sometimes.

In fact sometimes it seems like every time we turn around, there are new challenges and hardships to deal with, heartbreaks and betrayals, setbacks and failures, crushing losses and bitter disappointments, health issues and money problems.

But in the end, that’s also just life. No one gets a free pass.

So, the only question is, what do you do to keep yourself going, even when the going gets tough?
