New Business!
Hello :)
I have only joined WA so all this is relatively new to myself and I would be grateful for any ideas or opinions on the business I hope to create.
I have studied psychology at University and specialized in Performance Psychology for my Masters. Currently I work as a recruitment consultant where I not only place people into new jobs, but also advise them on changes to CVs, guiding them through the interview process and coaching them through the sometimes emotional roller coaster which is handing in one's notice.
My idea I suppose is fairly simple, nearly blog-like. Providing lessons for people on performance. From educating them on general topics such as stress , coping , working as a team, motivation to providing a one on one coaching lesson which is tailored to the clients needs.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or even just your thoughts on my idea, whether you like it or not (be honest I can take!)

I am a forester, not a psychologist, and my "thing" is conservation. As the world becomes more and more stressed, I realize only the resilient will survive. Financial resilience is key to everything else. As a result I have become a futurist looking at workplace trends and helping people build resilience into their lives. My sales ladder is first to offer an emanual free. My message is, Join me and get your free copy of "Marketing in the 21st Century" That gives me their email in my optin list. Now I can contact my list with valuable information and sell my ebooks on resilience. A $25 dollar item. I can have them join my mastermind group which is a $25/month subscription service that helps them define and move forward with their goals. I use a weekly webinar to stay in touch with the group. When anyone in the group needs personalized service I arrange one-on-one consulting with a member of my team.
The idea is to have a sales ladder of gradually increasing services that will build trust in our ability to help anyone transitioning into the new world of work.
I hope this gives you some ideas. You can build your own sales ladder or you can join a group that is consistent with your goals. You probably will want to do both.
Thanks that is great information to know! Resilience is also something which I have a great interest from however more from a psychological point of view. The idea if a sales ladder is very interesting definitely something I need to learn more about!
