How Can I Make Money - The Quickest
Hello everyone,
With the virus, my education and Wealthy Affiliate - I feel like I am sinking!
I wanted to ask my fellow WA members a few questions to help me get to my goals quicker and help relieve some stress.
COVID-19 Put Me Out of Work
Due to the virus my part-time job at Subway is no longer open, we have no idea when it will open again. As a student, this leaves me under a lot of stress. Not knowing if I will be able to get groceries, pay my rent or my phone bill? Yikes.
I was raised to work hard and earn what you want and desire in life, I dedicate myself to what I believe in but feel myself going in circles. I'd like to know the BEST way to start earning an income quickly with the WA model.
All While Getting A Business Degree
On top of all of this, I am currently a University Student in Ontario and this takes up a lot of my time and brain power. All our courses have switched to online for the rest of the semester and this makes my day consist of up to 12 hours of computer screen time a day - between school and working here at WA.
To be honest, I am losing hope. I have only been here for about two weeks, but I am a very fast learner and following the training and keep seeing postings of others doing well with the same level of involvement.
My current niche is how to take care of houseplants/vegetable gardens/etc. there are many different specific areas I can go into with this. My second website is my personal brand and where I plan on promoting Wealthy Affiliate and other products/services (once I get there).
I know I need to put out more blog posts but I NEED some advice!

Hi Nikki,
The best way to make the quickest money might be constantly creating content for both your websites and be patient at the moment.
I think WA might not be the platform to make quick money :-)

So...worry not as we all know that it takes time for our sites to get traffic and eventually clients!
As nice looking as your sites look, have you thought about selling them? I have seen sites being sold by some of our members here.
Look them up.

Starter sites sell for very little Joe!!
The market is saturated with them. If however like everything else time is taken to build the site and make it much more than a starter site than it can go for a pretty penny indeed!!

Thank you for the great advice, this is something I will definetly look into. I appreciate your feedback on the websites as I haven't really known if I'm on the right track and it is hard to write content everyday while being in school, so thank you!
If selling websites is an option, I'll look into how this is done properly and maybe I could gear one or two towards this as an experiment and see where it goes. We are stuck inside anyways!

We are all in a buy and sell business called Affiliate Marketing and internet marketing. So if a sale of one or two websites that we have sweated upon brings us the equivalent $$$ for it, why not?
I have seen lots of folks building and selling websites for great profits. Again this is NOT forcing anyone to do it. It is a suggestion as we all know it.

Thank you guys for the wise tips here, it is something I am interested in pursuing but not with my current websites. It would be a fun little challenge to start a website that I am open to selling!

Look up the words Nathaniell and selling websites within the WA dashboard. He is a 10-year WA veteran who built and sold sites.
Ha ha ha. I did not make up the idea of selling websites.

Hi Nikki
Sorry to hear of your job loss. My best advice to you at the moment is that you'll need some money to cover your living costs, but it's early days and WA is not a quick fix regarding money. That said, you can work on your sites to build an online business for later. Therefore I suggest:
1) Immediate money: look around to see if anyone else is hiring - I know in the UK all the major supermarkets need to hire people and are looking to take on another 25,000 people urgently to cover the shortfall and meet demand. It's likely there will be other industries that need to hire people too, such as the delivery services. There are always winners and losers in every situation change, so look around.
2) See what financial support is available from your government - there are a lot of people in the same boat and lots of financial institutions are gearing up to help people or protect them, so look around and do your research.
3) If you have more time on your hands now, absolutely keep going with your site. Follow the courses here, read blogs, write content and stay focused on your longer-term goal. this is a short term problem but your work at WA can lead to a long term income.
4) Stay positive - it's essential. Positive thoughts bring positive results. Read: Focus on the Solution Not The Problem or some of my other blogs about being positive - just written one today in fact.
Obviously if you are not allowed out, then you may need to look online for other income opportunities but they are out there such as fiverr.

wow is good!
I noted that you have some Amazon prime products as well,
which are eventually your money-making but as you know
traffic to your web site is the priority,
and in the early day without investing in paid adds it's hard to generate a consisting amount of money,
it takes time to establish a website and have subscribers, followers that can be turned into clients.
May it's the time to find more affiliate products relevant to your Niche/site
Hydroponic or Aquaponic is in trend those days and will stay always a seller,
Because you will have the time now:
may you consider to start a dropshipping site where you link to your existing site, and promote as many products you can,
open a youtube channel with video/graphic& pictures contents relate to your Niche, ( is one of the best platform to get subscriber and generate traffic
write an ebook: Introduction to how to grow plants, or whatever you come up with and sell it on Amazon or anywhere else,
and give it for free to people that will visit your site,
and subscribe to it, that's when you will get more Emails ......
and start your campaign with the email autoresponder.
create an online course about plants, herbs etch.
and sell it on Amazone or......
there's so much to do,
but there's no fast way to earn money online
now it's the time to build strategies to get traffic and sale!
