I would like to ask you if you can change the design of Countinue Reading Buttion :) .
The answer to that question is Theme dependent. On some themes you can, others you cannot. If you have a theme-builder such as Headway or InstaBuilder, then definitely. Most other themes, probably not.
BTW, get rid of CleanR, it's horribly buggy and hasn't been updated in 4 years (regardless of what the details tell you).
