Skipped a few days for the Holidays - because I am putting my priorities first.

It's really challenging to start something new, and then holidays come along, which presents its own challenges. How to get everything done, what's important, etc...

I am always on the ON position regardless of what role I am playing. My primary job requires me to be on time, focused and detailed for at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I am also a responsible party in my household, so there is chores to be done, running around to do, paying bills (ugh!!!) and so on. I help out my husband's business and with things that he needs done when possible, and making sure he gets to his drills (my husband is active duty military with the New York Guard). I do some photography stuff when I can - although lately - that is suffering A LOT - but that is a goal to be improved upon this year. As a continuing part of my self improvement, I am here, working with Wealthy Affiliate and doing my best to take advantage of what is available here.

But, when holidays come, we get so involved in the "to do's" we forget the important part...enjoying them. Now is the time to step back and enjoy the celebration!! Which means turning things off to enjoy the things that are important, family, friends, food and drink, and maybe a bit of doing nothing!!!

But I am back and ready to go!! And now - a premium member!!
