My 2 cents
Anything worth doing takes effort. Going through the training, learning more about the niche I chose, researching products and possible affiliations along with keeping up with the rest of life is pretty difficult. You only have so many hours in a day and only so much energy. If you think about everything you do in one day...you would probably amaze yourself.
I am sure there's stuff out there and probably people here on Wealthy Affiliate who can provide you with many tips on how to manage your day, planning, etc...that are way better at it than me. It's very easy to get overwhelmed trying to fit everything in, it's easy to get discouraged. Two bits of advice I can give you:
Do what you can, when you can.
A little bit of something is better than nothing. I am at the doctor's office waiting to be seen. I know when I finally get home, I won't have the energy to do anything else. While I was waiting, I did as much of the lesson I can. I re-read and edit my post for my site. I researched products. I read up about the niche I chose. Do some small stuff, like write this blog (which focuses on my overall writing skills -and you can see I was waiting for a while).
Another day where I have more time, energy (and access to my computer) I can do more detailed stuff.
Be forgiving of yourself when you can't.
Then there will be days you just can't. You may have other priorities that need your full attention. You might have somewhere to go or people to see. If you are employed elsewhere, like I am for now, you might be asked to work overtime. And there are days where your heart and your head just isn't in it.
It is ok to take a break. It may be a day. It may be two...might be longer. Of course you want to work as quickly as possible to accomplish what you need to. But it's not a race. You'll get there. Best part of this...is you get to choose how you manage yourself.

Be forgiving is very important point! It is hard to be forgiving when others do you wrong. But all you can do is have thick skin and move forward!
