Good sound advice which I think works for most of us…… Problem is that some people have trouble with their own identities i.e. they don't actually know who they really are, and are simply unable to be themselves due to a lifetime habit of mistakenly identifying with their egos.

Reminds me of the numerous instances when I have witnessed so-called "celebrities" and other self-important people arguing vehemently and arrogantly in public places with officials at airports, ticket offices, in cinema queues and the like.

The most common apoplectic phrase one hears in these situations goes something like this: "don't you know who I am, how can you treat me like this!" Often delivered with such anger and force that one expects the scene to explode into naked violence at any moment!

Some of these arrogant individuals even jump queues due to a sense of entitlement while we lesser mortals gaze on in stunned silence!
Talk about mistaken identity, sheesh!

In my opinion the only known cure to this condition is a good dose of humility…… Lol!
My advice to such individuals is, learn to be humble, get your egos out of the way, and you will find out who you truly are!
