Day 3 - Conserving Energy

I switched gears a little bit the past little while. I want to cover my bases and build confidence in what I am embarking on. As such, performing due diligence in comparing similar platforms to WA and what it offers is part of my nature. I need to believe in something in order for me to apply myself - otherwise, what's the point?

Solo Built It! was the main subject of the comparison, and I admit that finding unbiased reviews of either platform is difficult. You really need to dig into reviews of people that are members of both platforms, and form an opinion on what is right for you at your particular experience level. I believe WA offers more of an association, peer-to-peer level, and all that it offers is only beneficial if people actually use it.

The tool suites are a lot! Overwhelming a bit with all the capabilities, but my objective remains simplicity. Focus on my initial niche, complete the training and familiarize myself with the process and the community.

My niche feels a little fuzzy at the best of times! I don't feel qualified enough to create content of the subject matter, but I believe some research and well-rounded content would be a good start! Generating opinion related material right off the bat would hopefully engage some wanderers right away.

It's all a process. I had to reign myself in a little bit, as I still have over 4 full days of the starter week and I'm flying. I found myself getting quite excited at the prospects of applying my current skills to future endeavours through WA to the point of being anxious! That's a good sign for two reasons; 1, I know myself enough to slow down and take a breather! Even collecting my thoughts into this blog helps, and, 2, it shows myself that I'm excited about this adventure and my personal experience has shown I excel at projects I apply myself to.

I may very well take the rest of the day off and finish the last lesson or two tomorrow. We'll see how my mental state of mind is later in the day once I flip the switch to break mode shortly.

Work hard, play hard! Just know when to take a break. :)

I'm confident of my due diligence in determining the course of my immediate future. I believe I'm fortunate to have found this platform and the people involved in it! As much as it has to offer me, it allows me to contribute and offer something that makes it a fulfilling experience as well as a (hopefully) profitable one!

Fight the good fight, WA!

Hi Nicholas, it always pays to do due diligence, in doing so we get a clear indication of what we are looking for and also what we are trying to achieve.

I can relate to what you are saying it is hard to find an unbiased review online these days no matter what platform we are looking at. The thing that continues to impress me about WA is that it is a dynamic platform in that it keeps on improving with extra resources being added to the platform that truly enhances the user experience, the thing is that these enhancements come as part of the premium membership no extra charges.

Best wishes as you get into creating your online presence, as some folks say your first website may not be your last, in that initial phase it is all about learning and applying the basics plenty of time to scale things up as your skill set develops.

You have it nailed down, some folks rush at it only to burn out, we are in a marathon, it is all about finding our rhythms, knowing when to go hard out and knowing when to pull back, you will do well.

Alex thanks for taking the time to read and comment, I really appreciate the encouragement and insight! I followed through with my plan of just taking an off day yesterday. My brain certainly appreciated the break! :)

Awesome nothing like a mental health Day to get things back into perspective.

That's exactly it! I think if I'm going to experience any form of success with this venture I need to remain objective and grounded. I'll call it a bonus lesson as I finish up my training for the starter week! :D
