Real beauty comes from within and when you invest in it, it will remain with you for life. It is depicted in the way you conduct yourself. It is in your words and your deed. When you invest your time in beauty, you spend time doing things that reflects the beauty you possess inside.

Beauty is also connected to the things that you do. Engage in activities that make you feel beautiful. You also feel beauty in the food you eat when you are able to totally enjoy and love the foods that you eat prepared by you or someone else. Beauty is also experienced in just being present at the moment.
