Several months ago, I shared about my younger's brothers state of mind. If you remember, my brother became paralysed after a severe accident at the age of 18.

Since then, I've been trying to change his mindset.

Since the passing of mom, his thoughts became worse, and at one point, nothing that we said made any sense, as we were unable to get through to him.

Still, I never gave up.

There was always a reason for me to interject some positive talk during our many conversations.

I just completed a call with him, and I am pleased to say that he is in a very good place and have also started a course, learning how to make mobile apps.

Can you believe it?

Look at the number of years that it has taken, and now this is where we are.

Your mindset can be changed, yes, it does take time, but as long as you continue to believe, it will happen!

Sometimes as in my bother's case, there is no self-belief.

As long as you continue to be their rock, anything can happen.

Our online journey can sometimes be like that.

Please still try to hold on.

Yes, everything my be confusing and frustrating at this time.

But never forget that tomorrow is another day.

It doesn't matter the problem

It doesn't matter how dark and weak our situation is

As long as we continue to exercise our self-belief

We can achieve anything!

What a personal narrative. I am glad it has a happy ending. With faith, any and everything is possible. The good thing is you do not need a great deal of faith. All you need is a 'mustard seed' size faith to make things begin to happen.
As you begin to exercise your faith, it starts growing like a muscle.
Your faith can go from small to great faith. But without faith, it is difficult to bring about any meaningful change in one's situation.
Even Jesus was not able to do miracles when he went to Nazareth and there was no faith.

Awesome, reminder regarding Faith
I know that God was absolutely in the midst of this
Thank you for your reinforcement
Always a pleasure connecting with you

Am now a much better writer with my sentence and paragraph construction improving with each blog post and each content that I write
Am a true witness of the old phrase
"PRACTICE BECOME PERFECT "

Yes! tomorrow is another day, for some people it takes a little longer and I am good with that just don't stop, keep going, I love that about your brother, he is all good, I feel we don't have enough patience, we need more patience. period everything is now. Newme202! you are awesome!
Thank you, for sharing

Dorothy, thank you for your valuable response
Tomorrow is indeed another day
Patience and perseverance all the way!

I can empathize with your story. My partner is paralyzed on one side after a stroke and also has global aphasia. It took me a lot of conversations and persuasion to emphasize the positive things again and again, and finally, after a long time and a lot of trying and especially persevering a little speech came back no sentences but individual words and every word became a victory. A small bit more understanding in a completely locked world in your head of understanding what is being said but not being able to say what you want purely because the words are no longer coming.

Perseverance and perseverance day in and day out is the only way to give up. It was never an option how difficult and sad the situation was sometimes soms

You have me teary
I can just imagine how challenging and sometimes frustrated that must have been

Small victories are everything
Thank goodness for positive mindset
Thank you for stopping by

without a positive attitude she would never have come home and had been in a nursing home for 12 years.
yes we celebrate every victory no matter how small everything that comes back no matter how small is a victory. Docters told me after 3 days she would probably stay in bed and within 6 weeks she was in a wheelchair and convalescing at her first check up at the hospital the neurologist almost fell off his chair that's what positivity and perseverance does

That's a huge victory!
Positive mindset and perseverance all the way
So happy for all.of your achievements :)
