We must set direction and follow through by intentionally seeking to influence and follow. As online business owners we have leadership skills. We are born with leadership skills but we must develop them. We must have passion, humor, and empathy strength of character, general maturity, patience, wisdom, common sense, trustworthiness, reliability, creativity and sensitivity. We must have mental toughness.

We Have The Option

Such unique creatures of the earth

It was no mistake when we were given birth.

So don't just stand therelooking like a bunch of trees.

Go out into the worldand do something please!

People may stand byand watch you fall.

But you must decide on whether or not

you'll get up and stand tall.

Everyone is dealing with something pretty rough.

The question here is, Are you going to stand up and deal with this stuff?

Let them all look at youjust like someone with powers

Sitting there hidingwill just show you are all cowards.

Basically being put to the test, don't let yourself get nervous and distressed.

We're on the earth tocomplete all our missions.

Making the right choiceswill put you in better positions.

No need to care for thosepeople who want to hate.

It is their fault for notwanting to cooperate.

No one should tell youwho you are.

It your confidence thatwill take you far.
