Hello everyone! I am an author. I wrote a book. Title:

Journey to Eternity by Nellie M Brown.

I am working on my second book, “I Stand Accused.” This book is about a young man who beat the odds. He grew up in a community where boys and girls were on the street instead of attending school and he lived in a dysfunctional home. His goal in life was to become a lawyer. He did not let anything get in the way of reaching his goal. After graduating from college, he was accused of a crime he did not commit. This book tells us that we can accomplish anything if we work hard enough to get it. If we move forward, a life lies ahead of us full of promises and challenges.

Lawrence made this speech after graduating from high school.

Although the future at times caused us some apprehension,

I believe we can face the future with confidence and joy because our life will

be sustained and directed by the values we have learned.

My future in a college classroom will present countless opportunities for me.

I am one of the leaders and policymakers of the future.

I will stand up for the truth and values I have learned.

I will help to make this world a better, safer, more wholesome

place in which to live.

To everyone who graduates from high school or college this is the time to

celebrate and begin anew,

It is a time to seek reconciliation and to acknowledge past failing.

It is a time to make new start with yourself and others.

Let us celebrate with peace, joy, and love for all.
