Time just seems to speed by at an alarming rate!
Soon Christmas will be upon us and then over for another year!
The month of December for some is the busiest month of the year, and for others it is the slowest month of the year. Where do you fit, the busiest, or the slowest.

Well for us, since we are no longer a 'brick and mortar' store the month of December has slowed to a nice pace. That being said, it is easy to get all caught up in the baking and entertaining that goes on this month too. Christmas parties, holiday parties or whatever you call them in your world. I however try to keep the entertaining to a minimum and enjoy a quiet Holiday Season. It is for me a time to reflect on the year past and set some goals for the year ahead.
I love baking the little extras like shortbreads, fudge, peanut brittle, and I have a favorite cranberry cake too. This December I want to publish the favorite Christmas recipes that have been a part of our Christmases past so I can pass them along to our children so they can make them part of theirs.
A recipe e book is my goal for December. So you can now see that I have just made my December a busy month.
