I receive many emails than this or that person follow me
what does that mean
here in WA?
in your profile, left side there is your big picture, there is also a Green Button that says Follow Me...
you can click on any member Follow Me button to start following them... this way you can follow their posts, blogs, questions...
emails are telling you that other members are following you... and you can follow members as well of course

all the emails that a receive are from people that have experience much more than me why they will follow a beginner?
As an example... I follow people based on their profile or posts they have made or questions they have asked...
if your profile mentions a subject I am interested in (your current profession, your hobby, your plans for the future) am I decide to follow you because we may share an interest, or I want to see how your plans develop or in my case this is one of the most important reasons am I follow if I think am I be able to help you with your plans
