Comment Valid but Disapproved! Really?
I know comment disapproval is not a new topic here in WA. I have been a member for almost 1 year and this is the first time I have a disapproved comment.
Reason?
My comment is "valid but looking for generic sounding concerns, questions, and healthy arguments [...]
I can understand that a comment can be off topic but mine was not the case. The person did thank me. The comment was valid but still have to disapprove it.
Stop being picky!
We are lucky to be part of a great community where we have the chance to get comment from each other.
If, this comment was made outside WA, I mean not from a member. I am pretty sure that it would have been accepted. Since, it is "easy" to have comment, some people become too picky.
My comment would not have harm her site, so why not just approve it?
Just unbelievable!
My time is valuable!
I know I am not the only one spending a good amount of time to read a post and commenting. So please, peeps have some consideration for other people!
When, I think I am struggling to find time to do all I have to do and then receiving this kind of message. It really put you off! My time is so valuable!
So, please, please, please, think twice when treating comments either from inside or outside the community.
Thank you for your time.

Nathalie,
Don't stress over it; some people don't get it. The thing is everyone that visit their site won't make the comment that they are expecting. But I think you have a point. The person most likely would not have disapproved a comment like yours, if it came from organic traffic. They'd be more excited about it.
More is expected of WA members, as far as website comments are concerned. But like I said, don't stress over it, just learn from it and move on.
I don't stress too much over it but quite annoyed I must say. I am fine now. Thanks for commenting.
Send them a PM and ask them politely why they have disapproved it. Maybe this will clarify it :).
Sometimes people just don't have a clue what they are doing and the repercussions of their actions.
The person was quite aware of her action. She explained the reason is simply because I didn't raise any concerns or question that make a healthy conversation.
Good to meet you, Nathalie, you have raised some valid points, we need to get our heads around te fact that we are privileged to be able to get comments and folks do spend time creating those comments.
we kind of live, in a gilded cage, out in internet land there are so many excellent posts that have zero comments, I agree with you folks need to wake up and not be so picky.

A similar situation happened to me also. I was disappointed with the comment being disapproved after all the effort put into the review process.
I know the feeling! Thanks for commenting.
