The Great Content Push
Over the last few months I have been slacking when it comes to working on my website. Sometimes it becomes difficult to want to put forth hours of work towards something that at the moment I am getting no reward for. During times like these it is important to take a moment at think about why I began building this website. I know it is one of those things that will take time to amount to something bigger, however patience is something that does not come easy for me.
About a week ago I told myself, do the work now and push through the mental barrier of wanting to put it off, and one day you will look back and say, "thanks younger me, my life couldn't get any better because of you". Since then I have been adding a minimum of one post per day, and sometimes two per day. Everyday I am adding something to my website in order to make it evolve into something wonderful. Whether it's Amazon links, videos, pictures, or simply just touching up older content. Every little bit is another step forwards.
From this moment on I plan to post everyday at least once until I reach 100 posts. At this moment I only have a measly 18. To me right now that goal seems almost impossible to reach, but I know it's not. When I reach those moments when I feel like I have had enough, is when I am going to push myself even harder.
