Progress report: 10 days with Wealthy Affiliate
Hello everyone.
I’m glad to state that I’ve finally finished all ten lessons for the first course. I’ve had some painful experiences with wordpress in the past but the lessons provided in this course has helped me understand how to better use the platform to my advantage.
The step by step process of how to build a site, researching keywords, using SEO is well thought through and quite simple to understand.
I’m absolutely loving how WA has also provided pre-installed plugins for the wordpress sites. One thing that has caused me so much pain when blogging with wordpress in the past were the plug-ins! There were just so many to choose from and I never really knew what I needed and what I didn’t. So thank you WA for pre-selecting and pre-installing the plug-ins. Muah! Muah! Muah!
I’ve also met my 10th day goal: Selected a niche and set up my website. So, pat on my back.
What I’d like to do in the next couple of days is a little bit more research, plan and start writing content for the blog. By my 30th day here in WA, I hope that I would have at least published my first post on the website.
Gonna say goodbye now and start moving on to course no 2.
Hope everyone is having as much fun as I am learning something new.
