Who are the top producers on this site?
Here are some top producers that made it to Vegas this year and several years before....

Many of us make money here at WA my Friend.
At the top center, type in Vegas 2018 and you'll see posts from the Top Super Affiliates who promote the Wealthy Affiliate platform.
You can also type, success to see many more who earn in so many ways because of what we learned here.

At this point I feel like a need additional help on getting my site up and running...I have determined my niche and purchased two of my domains. I am stuck on how to actually design my sire and make it public... Is anyone from the family any where near Vallejo CA and can get with me to help get me started?

Have you been working your way through the certification course? You get to it by finding the green tab on top left side of screen.
I've repeated the early lessons multiple times because it is easy to miss important steps when you are getting so much information in the beginning. There are also a lot of people chatting on those discussion boards that are able to help.
Also, don't worry too much about design in the beginning. Focus on doing the things Kyle is instructioning in the lesson. Eventually it will start coming together.
