There are some good options like BlueHost, HostGator and SiteGround. Some of them are ready to help. No you will not lose anything unless you only promote WA.
There are tutorials here at WA. I think that Marion is doing this as a business. In any case, check first at the new hosting.

Please do suggest themes that may be better than wh
I doubt anyone really knows. You're the one who needs to explore the WP theme database and choose ones that'd fit health blogs.
Maybe do a Google search. Maybe someone created a "best WP health themes" roundup.

One of the members here at WA asked about "What is the best WP theme" Nirvana is a no cost theme with more options than most of the paid themes.
I installed it and am using it now. The improvements to my site are nothing less than Spectacular. When and if you want to try this theme just download it from the WP website. It will download as a zip file. Save the zip file to your desktop, so you know where it is.
Sign into the site manager of siterubix. In your case, you will be building your new website. There should be an option to upload your theme. If you do not see that option, look in the WP themes. You should have the option to search for a theme.
Type in Nirvana in the search box. To have the system to build your website takes less time to do than it takes to describe it. If I am not mistaken it is three steps to complete.
Before you download the file it should give you the choice to preview what the site looks like. It would be a good Idea to see what you can make your website look like.
