Sometimes, we don't really feel like doing things, but one of the biggest pieces of advice I can give to myself (and anyone else who wants to listen) is that really the biggest hurdle is in our heads. Tasks are so much harder in our heads than the actual task of doing!
Tonight, I sat down after dinner, not really feeling like writing a blog or being productive, but i thought, well i'll just open a word document, and check out a keyword, and then save the keyword as a word doc to write up the post later.
Well, what do you know, a half hour later and i've written a blog, with a good keyword and posted it up on my blog with pictures.

It's always easy to get something done once you just start. This is true for so many things in my life for me.
For example, cleaning and washing. Not that often i actually feel like doing all those chores. But I generally just think to myself, well, I'll just do this one little thing, and then at least i've done something. and then more times than not, half hour later i've finished.
So, what is the key to getting things done? Start! Just start SOMETHING. and then you at least are in the running to finish it. if you never start, then you can never finish.
And if you start and don't finish, well at least you're part way there the next time you get into it!
