Did you already update your paypal account? You can actually update and change it. Based on what AlexEvans wrote.

As a precaution against the possible spread of COVID-19, the government has restricted public gatherings people will not be allowed to gather in a large numbers at public venus
Only can work if everyone understand the importance. Perhaps to spread the message to everyone? Marc.
Yeah I guess it's the same everywhere really. Fortunately, in my country people are abiding the rules fairly well, they always do. So there has been no need for a strict lockdown. People just avoid social gatherings and work from home if possible.
Poor people are just going to die because of luckdown and not having proper food .The government has strict not to go out.So in my country people avoid to gather as like your sir.
Yeah, I guess things are worse in some countries. We have a very good public health care system and social care system here that takes care of the less fortunate. At times like these I'm very grateful for my home country even tho at times I can't stand the weather. But the weather is kind of really small "first world problem" in a situation like this. Stay safe my friend, where ever you are!
