I pay so little attention to my rank, I wasn't sure - had I jumped up substantially overnight (as it seemed), or had I been moving up slowly without noticing?
I went to the "Top 200 Members" page to see. I had, indeed, jumped in rank. That's hardly "post-worthy". It's what else I saw as I glanced at the rank changes that prompted this post.
Many of you probably saw falls and jumps like these with the big algorithm change some months ago, but I hadn't. I wasn't in the top 200 then and noticed rank even less than I do now.
My sympathy to those who went down in rank. But - wow - look how many members went up - and by how MUCH! Congratulations to all of you!
An especially big "congratulations" to Laetyn, for moving up 13k places! (Laetyn: I made a graphic for you, to mark your monumental achievement. It's yours if you want it).
Because the screen shots were SO much wider than the max width WA allows, I squished things together as best I could. But, that's the only editing I did. All the numbers are accurate.
