Breaking Through The Wall

I'm at that spot. That spot where I always say I'll come back to this later. Later becomes days, then weeks and then never. I've been a frequent visitor at this particular spot so why should I believe it's going to be different this time?

The spot I'm referring to is the content lounge. Its now time to start fleshing out my site with quality content. Posts of 500 to 1500 words should roll off my fingers like water from a faucet. I've written 3 hour stage plays in weeks and a 500-page novel in 9 months but for some unforeseen reason a nonfiction post for a website is a mental speed bump that quickly turns into an impassible chasm.

Its been said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Well, it's time for mental health to banish insanity once and for all. I will complete this first post and break the cycle of self-imposed failure that I have been experiencing for the last 15 years.

Its different this time because failure is not an option. I'm going to jump this chasm, finish this first post and then the next and the next until I have a quality site that will start making money for me and my family. I will keep you all informed of my progress and it's my deepest wish the maybe I can be some sort of inspiration for the newcomer who has suffered from a similar malady.
