So I tried changing the IP that GoDaddy suggested but it keeps giving me an error. Am I able to transfer a domain I purchased here over to GoDaddy?
Yes you should be able to do this. You will need to contact support and explain what you want to do they will probably give you some information to give to GoDaddy to make this happen.
Also contact GoDaddy and see what they will need to.
However I have found WA to be cheaper in terms of renewing my domain name here than the ones on godaddy.
Trust this helps

Thanks. GoDaddy says to enter their IP into WA which I did and it show error but doesn't specify the error. When I try to transfer through WA they give me a transfer code which doesn't work on GoDaddy side. Contacting support with the decrease in workforce isn't an easy solution. thank you for your advice.

How to transfer my domain from wa to godaddy?

Yes. But why would you want to? GoDaddy domain name registration renewals are more expensive than Wealthy Affiliate. You can move your website away from WA but I recommend keeping the domain name registration here.

thank you all. My reason is because I need a website up and running today. It takes me months to create one with WP and GoDaddy has already created a site good enough for me to use now. Redirecting websites slows it down too much.
Simply change the nameservers to point to GoDaddy's. That's not a "redirect" it's standard throughout the internet. My sites are not hosted here and they load in less than 2 seconds.
Go to Websites > Site Domains > Settings > Nameserver Settings

Thanks Tom! Still trying to figure out this system. I think it is simple but then i get lost when I need it.
Hang in there Mywinwinbiz, The Wealthy Affiliate platform can be overwhelming but, with continued use, it starts to make sense.
It has taken me some time to become familiar with how to navigate the site.
