If you learn from defeat, then you haven’t really lost!
When I was chasing all those 'make money online' scams, I came to a point that I felt completely defeated, a complete failure. I tried so hard and yet, I didn't like the up-sells, nor the lack of integrity and I didn't want to be pitching to others. I failed at making money with these scams. Well, that turned out to be a good thing!
I kept looking for an online program that has business ethics and honesty, and I am so grateful to have found in Wealthy Affiliate the integrity I sought!

The big city I live in, can be impossible to get around, because of all the traffic. And why do I or anyone else have to endure rush hour traffic every day? We don't. We can take an alternate route. We can go that extra mile. We can do something better, we can be someone better.

Most of us would be upset if we were accused of being “silly.” But the word “silly” comes from the old English word “selig,” and its literal definition is “to be blessed, happy, healthy and prosperous.”
I have asked many 'stupid' or 'silly' questions, here at Wealthy Affiliate. And have always received helpful answers and been treated with respect and kindness. I was so amazed at this quote that it is now my favorite Zig Ziglar quote.

I don't really have a favorite motivational speaker but I get a lot out of the Ted Talks speakers. As far as quotes I really like Maya Angelou's " "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
I appreciate Ted Talks as well. And I like the quote you like.
