You may be entering it the wrong way... You need to click your profile icon at the top and change it to your page's icon.

In your WordPress site's back office, go to Settings > General, edit the 'title' at the top, and save the changes.
You can change it by heading to Appearance > Customize and then Site Identity. Edit the title and tagline, then publish.
Absolutely, you can set up your payment info with PayPal.
You can update PayPal and threshold at the bottom of the stats page.

Scroll down the page, click your last invoice and update payment info, is this what you are doing?
