Today, I was reading an article about GRATITUDE and I thought I would share its contents, just because the suggestions were easy to implement and made A LOT of sense!

It is called a Manifesting Magnet. The main aim is to re-program our mindset around money. What this is, is simply a reminder whose primary goal is to connect your mindset with your innate power of manifestation.

Using the manifesting magnet on a daily basis will magnetize you - charge your sub-conscious - and allows you to attract love, money, opportunity, harmony and anything else you set your heart on.

Here are 3 easy manifesting magnets:

1. Put a gratitude alarm on your phone that says "What am I grateful for right now?"I have been doing this for years. My iPhone alarm goes off at 11:11 every day and I stop and mentally give thanks at that moment for anything. Gratitude is the gateway to positive manifesting.

2. Make a decision to do one small thing for someone else. In doing this you immediately align yourself with positive flow when you do. It is so much better to give than to receive. The feeling that you get is so internally rewarding [I have found]. I usually go one step more and try to give at least 3 compliments each day. Nothing major, just simple things to make someone else feel good.

3. Choose an empowering image and use it as the wallpaper on your phone, tablet, computer or any electronic media you may use. This creates a trigger to your mind and puts you in a state of positive energy and manifestation.

These magnets are simple but if used on a daily basis, it will change your mindset and if NOTHING else, it will make you feel good - inside.

Give it a shot, if you like. Nothing to lose, but much to gain - mentally, emotionally and physically.
