Go live - Facebook, YouTube, Instagram...you name it.
Post a pre-launch or coming soon idea
Post a blog you wrote

Hi Michelle good to see you, I hope that you are rate going okay and handling the crisis.

Some really good ideas, I think the consistency thing is the best we can do a little and often but not to much so that we outstay our welcome finding that balance can be the key.
