I really do not understand how to add a widget. I also do not fully understand what a widget is. Kyle explains it in course 3 lesson 5 but I do not understand it. Help???
Thanks a lot. A few people have answered me already. It was definitely helpful in understanding a little more. But this video has really made the difference for me .
hi to add a widget if you click on dashboard in wordpress then on apperance there is a lot of other little titles in this and widgets is one of them click on it and you get a display of the widgets you can use then you can just drag and drop in which order you want them and there normaly down the left side in wordpress ...hope this helps ...cheers
Let me give you a basic example rather than defining it. If you look add this page itself, I mean this WA page, on your right hand side of this page where there's 'Training', 'Tools' and 'Affiliate Program', these are known as 'widgets'
On your left hand side, where it says 'More Questions & Answers', that's another widget. I hope this gives you an idea what widget is.
Widget can be in different form, from section to an 'app' of a website. That's what I understand.

. Many advertisers have images of about 125×125 pixels. Or sometimes they're bigger have taken a screenshot of my blog and on the right-hand side you can see two examples both of those are widgets

Thank you so much. I already found the solution her on WA. I had to register for Amazon's product advertising API first. After I did that It worked. I do not really understand it but it is working. Thanks for your effort.
