This is why is it recommended to forward all your domain email to a gmail address.
Contact SiteSupport to see if they can assist you in seeing the other emails: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
Once that issue is resolved you may want to give serious consideration to forward your email to your gmail... then set your domain email address to forward to your gmail account where you can create a setup for responding USING your domain email address.
