I see the $19 1st month option but don't see where you can join on a yearly basis
As you get closer to the end of the month that you joined, there should be a link under the Affiliate Bootcamp (I believe) to become an annual member. The yearly membership is approximately $360, which equates to $29/month as an annual member as opposed to the $47/month as a premium member.

First you have to take the $19 discounted month, and then you can join as a yearly member. :)
Once you accept the discounted month, it should come up. However, it is $359 for the year. If you go into Account Settings (lower left corner) you will see Subscription Settings in the center of the page and you can Manage your Membership from there.

How do you join the premium on an annual basis?

I cannot PM them as I am not yet premium. I've gotten a couple of different answers I want to try and find out before I take that next step. Everything I have seen so far seems awesome and above board
