Our everyday life sometimes faces challenging moments, that feel tough and overwhelming. We have struggles that makes us feel discouraged . It could be our health, career, investments, relationships. Whatever it is, it is affecting us. We feel our lives shift drastically and we experienced unbearable flux. Sometimes, we feel a violent storm threatens to engulf us. We seek to grapple for reasons. We are expending enormous negative energy to control some dark unknown.

Sometimes, we struggle for very good reasons. The problem is that its sheer strength muddies our thinking, preventing wisdom, which is precisely what we need in situations which create the struggle in the first place. Constructive behavior becomes impossible and we burn bridges we might need later.

Let not the struggles define us. It's how we rise from them that truly matters.

Face the struggles head on. Discover the way through the crisis. Uncover purposes yet unknown. Rediscover an evolving self, and achieve the new balance which comes with empowerment. Emerge victorious from all these struggles.
