I like the momentum..
This new year has started with great momentum. I love it. It feels like the wheel is finally turning for me and my team. I'm in network marketing industry…It's not easy. As Jim Rohn says, it's easy to get in, easy to get out. With the company I'm with, it's easy to get in and easy to stay in because of the awesome products! Retention is over 65%, that's awesome in the industry. (Many are less than 10% retention rate) People don't have to "do" the business like I do, which gives no pressure to people, autoship is an option too, though it has its "perks" that's hard to resist.
Anyway, back to momentum… I've learned the truth about "what leader does, what others follow"… When I take time off, people (my leaders) tend to do that too…and sales go down. When I'm motivated, people follow and do the same. I have a leader whose organization is sort of falling apart…that's because she has not been active for a while…lots of personal issues she had to take care of. Life happens.
I'd like this awesome momentum to continue…. I'm offering incentives to my team and team leaders as well as support and encouragement.
LOVE the momentum, my job is to keep it going!
