I have a question. I've finished the first round of training and have come up with a niche. I want to focus on products that help people lose weight, burn fat, and build musc
Promote as many as you can write good reviews for. I am a Personal Trainer/ Nutritionist and I am reviewing anything on tv or in the news. Celebrity endorsed stuff attracts a lot of attention(for the wrong reasons), so I offer cheaper alternatives to the more expensive tv commodities.
Promote as many products as you want to. The key is as you already stated---as long as they fit within the main topic of your website for the best results
I would focus on helping people first. Definitely follow the training and tasks as Kyle teaches, meaning if at the end of the lesson you're asked to write a review on a single product, then only promote 1 product. There can be multiple product reviews on your website.
Hopefully that helps.

How many products can you promote on one website?

Since your niche is loosing weight, burning fat, getting muscle - you may end up reviewing multiple products to help people achieve their goal. The key is to make your blog interesting (captivating) and your websites visitors will buy recommended products.
What I am trying to say - don't just build blend website reviewing those products - put some twist some interesting theme where people would be interested to follow you. Captivating blog sells much better.
