Inching in there, little by little

Ok. I have to admit it. I started the organizing niche, not because it was very popular, but because I need help in organizing, so this is a give a take website. I have found that I am improving myself and writing about it has helped out a bit. But enough about talk... I just checked my google rankings, and I am inching in there, little by little. Lets say, from page 11 on google, to page 9. Yes, I got long ways to go, but I really didn't think I would jump 2 pages so fast. I am not the person who writes posts everyday, and I am constantly changing my webpage, to see which fits my personal style, but I'm inching in there; a little bit at a time!
