Hey everyone,

I figured it was time I shared a little more about who I am as a person to the WA community .

I stumbled across this platform while digging into something I’ve been curious about — artificial intelligence.

I’m single, just shy of 62, and have spent most of my life behind the wheel of a truck. But I didn’t want to be one of those folks who got left in the digital dust like so many did in the early ’90s when home computers took over living rooms.

Oh, and yes ladies… I did say “single.”
Although — confession time — I am seeing someone.
Her name’s Pam.
She’s gorgeous. She’s sleek. She’s… my coffee maker. (Hey, a man’s gotta have priorities.)

Right, right — back to the point.

I came to WA to learn more about AI, and I’m so glad I did. This community is amazing — helpful, supportive, and downright inspiring. In a short time, I’ve learned more than I imagined possible. I’ve always used websites, but I never thought I’d be working behind the scenes on one. Turns out, I love it. It keeps my brain sharp, pushes me to solve problems, and beats spending every night hibernating in front of the TV.

(Not that I don’t have a nice big screen. It’s over there, calling my name right now…)

Anyway, I’m not all jokes. I know when it’s time to be serious and get things done. I’ve had my share of negativity in life, but I’ve decided I’m not letting it in anymore. If something doesn’t make me happy, I walk away. I’m here to enjoy the time I have left, keep learning, and — most importantly — make people smile whenever I can. It does my heart good.
