3, 2, 1 Cake - completely un-WA related
I was introduced to 3,2,1 Cake recently. And, since it is sooooo amazing, I thought I would share a little sweetness with you (the cake's - not mine).
Ingredients:
1 Box of Cake Mix - any flavor
1 Box of Angel Food Cake Mix
Mix these two bags of mixes together.
Place 3 tablespoons of the mix into a coffee cup, add 2 tablespoons of water and mix 'em up.
Microwave for 1 minute (microwaves may vary).
That's it!! Once it's done, tip the coffee cup over and the cake will drop right onto your plate. I like to add some whip cream, but it also goes well with ice cream, pie filling and fresh fruit.
So, there you have it - a little bit of sweetness for you tonight. This cake is the perfect size to satisfy a craving of sweetness oober fast!! ENJOY!

I like coffee but I have a coffee allergy, so if I drink it, I get stomach pain for days, I don't know anyone else like this, weird.
It is a little weird, but not unheard of. Turns out I have a coffee blog, let me see if I can find something that will give you your coffee fix without making your tummy hurt. To be continued......
You don't put coffee in the cup, just the cake mixes and water. You can still try it Beverly, no coffee involved =)

I contacted my niece who lives in UK and she says she is not aware of any Angel Food cake mix or an equivalent.
I guess Lindsey can bring me some, when we meet at the all paid private conferance, I only have 300 more to go.

that's what's great about it, I'm not a sweet snacker either, more of a salty person. But every once in awhile I need a little sweetness, this isn't super sweet - it's just right!

Hi Lindsey! I got to try the mixture yesterday and it worked! I looked in my cup and viola' I had a little mini dessert! I knew that I wouldn't do it a lot so took the mixture and blended eggs, oil and water and made a big yellow/angel food cake covered with Lemon frosting! It's a spongy yellow cake! My husband loves it! Thank you so much for the idea!!
