Characteristics can be developed and changed, but because they are related to your basic attitudes and values, it takes a great deal of time, effort and will. Where do you stand in relationship to your peers on the following characteristics? Answer 1 would be low, 3 – average, and 5 is high or the top 20% of your peers. Do people come to you for advice? Do you have strong principles which govern your actions and have a reputation for accuracy and confidence in your relationships with others?
