Monday at the Office - Predictable as Ever

Sitting here at my desk. I notice it's lunchtime the phones have become a little quieter. It's been a normal Monday. The usual everyone get their heads down, hardly speaking - the frowned faces on those who dare to have a slight conversation about the weekend past.

Oh how I want to be at home, logged into WA, doing my training, working on my website and engaging with a community of people who are like minded, who encourage interaction and who are doing for themselves but not by themselves.

In the office here we are working hard, we always do. It's a residential block management company so its a service without much reward and very few comebacks of thanks. The job offers no financial gains, no incentives, no rewards, I suppose there is training if you can encourage the powers that be to pay for it. The monthly salary which sees me living off an overdraft each month. It is laughable really. Yet I still give thanks.

I give thanks because if I didn't have these situations in my life I never would recognise my own frustrations, limitations and the stagnation.

So yes I am thankful.

The drive, ambition, and desire for change is even more paramount and each day that goes by is another day knowing I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANY LONGER.

There are days I feel I cannot breath - but then I think of the children, my responsibilities and quiet my mind all the while confirming to myself - there is different out there. I do not have to accept where I am at this time. I have the power to make a change. I am able to make the change.

In and with WA that change has come.

A long road ahead paved with opportunity or stay put closing the door on change.!!!
