Adsense and analytics issue after transferring domain to WA

Hi everyone.
I thought I would start here as I know many of you have transferred your hosting to WA from another. I did this on a site with the fantastic assistance of support.
Since doing this I have noticed that on my adsense account there was no activity and my plugin NewStatpress shows no visitors??

I checked my analytics and I can see I am still getting traffic.
The reason I believe is that the domain I transferred is quite an old one in the days that the "www" prefix was required.
What I did is add the domain without the "www" prefix to webmaster tools and verified it and added the site without the "www" to my analytics account.
I am now seeing the clicks in adsense but still have yet to resolve the plugin NewStatpress issue though I am working on it.
