I am personally not involved but would have to say there are many people who have succeeded in this field. You might want to narrow the niche idea down to a specific topic/target within real estate investing.
Thanks for your response and your advice. I will certainly do some more research and thinking in order to narrow down. I have been looking into more specific ideas within the niche since I posted the question...and I think I am getting close
