Charlieb52 - As MarineMom said, you need to go to account settings, accessed at the top right of the WA toolbar (click on your profile image) and proceed from there. As for refunds, I'm not sure how that works as you would have already had a free trial to see whether it suited you or not - you'll have to message Kyle. Please keep in mind that the people answering you here are just members trying to help, not admin staff.

Click on your photo, go into account settings and delete your credit card information here. You will need to send a private message to Kyle to discuss a refund.
