Well, in my daytime job we do safety systems for Staircases. If I count all the stairs I had to take, I should be a very successful person. :)

Nice, but I would be tired of up and down.

Whenever possible we take the elevator to the top and walk down. But it's not always possible. In most cases we then walk upstairs 10 to 30 floors .
