Here is my personal experience with this program:
I first downloaded this to my laptop, and it did great! My GF put it on her laptop and it did fine. I put it on my desktop, and had problems, that took my GF over 4 hours to fix. Then after 3 days on her laptop, her laptop slowed down. She deleted it with no problem, and everything is fine now. I went ahead and deleted it from my laptop even though I never had any problems there.

The only reason I went ahead and posted it before I tried it myself, was because I had seen the videos that TJ Books has put up. But, I still hate when anyone has puter problems, because it is such a pain in the backside. (Glad my GF is an English speaking IT person.)
Sorry if I caused others here problems,that was not my intention.
