Complex and complicated
The issues in my country are numerous, complex and complicated. In my effort to ensure that I upgraded to yearly premium member by this black Friday offer.
I am left with no option, I have tried all what I could to ensure I make use of this rare opportunity to upgrade to yearly premium member but is rather unfortunate, it doesn't work out. I registered on PayPal, linked my credit card to the PayPal account and also got my account verified by removing the $250 limit per day.
After all these stress I went through, I proceeded to make the payment of $265 as I was charged to day on WA but is quite unfortunate and rather painful that my bank also declined they payment.
I was very angry and I contacted my bank again but I was told not to be angry that it is the federal government policy that I can only make a maximum transaction of $100 in a month and not even per day with credit card.
I don't if it is possible for me to make use of Western Union Money Transfer.
Kyle, I need your advise and further directive.

No solution yet from Kyle, I thought PayPal will work out not knowing they bank will still limit my transaction to $100 per month. PayPal also said the issue is from my bank. Honestly, I don't know what to do, when ones has money in bank and one policy set up by government will be restricting you on how to spend your money. Perhaps, this is only applicable to international transaction, no restriction in local transaction.
This would have help me instead of paying $49 in a month which will amount to $588 in a years.
