Your email in your paypal account is set in paypay.
Your WA email is set in your WA account settings here.

Scroll to bottom, update PayPal and threshold.
However, you need login your PayPal and change or add the newer email address.
Don't forget to also change on the WA platform, so that you would receive commissions if any and applicable.
WA commissions are paid 1st of each month.

You can do it from your PayPal account, friend. If you did change it in PayPal and you want to update it here, just click on your Profile icon and then click on account setting.
Once you're there, click on subscription. On there to the right, is Billing. Fill it out with your new e-mail address you use to sign in to PayPal and it'll take you there to pay for your subscription. All the best!
